Michele Carey, born Michele Lee Henson, was the son of Stanley Willard Henson, Jr who was a physician in America, and Thelma B. Burnell Henson. Michele Carey, or Michele Lee Henson, was first born on February 26, 1942, in Annapolis, Maryland, United States of America. When she was a teen, she was an expert at playing piano and won a national contest at the Chicago Music Festival when she was only 13 years old. She settled within Fort Collins, Colorado with her family, and completed her high schooling at Fort Collins High School where she was graduated in the year 1960. In order to improve her professional prospects her move from Colorado to Los Angeles. The first job she had was modeling when she was signed with the elite modeling agency, Powers agency. While still modeling, she became more inclined to perform. The actress caught the attention of Hollywood producers while acting. She was the first to be a part of a television show with The Man from U.N.C.L.E. Michele was an acclaimed American actress who began as a model. After working for Powers in the early years, she entered the world of acting during 1964, when she appeared on the TV series The Man From U.N.C.L.E. The film of 1966 El Dorado as a main role for Josephine Joey MacDonald brought her into the spotlight. Her fame was due to her roles as an actor during the 1960s and 1970s.
